Director Ahmed Khan has confirmed that his upcoming comedy, "Welcome To The Jungle," features an unprecedented 34 actors, making it one of Bollywood’s most star-studded productions. This revelation underscores the immense scale of the film, which is set to release in 2026.

Khan recently shared insights into the logistical complexities of managing such a colossal cast during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. He recounted days where as many as 30 actors were simultaneously present on set, each accompanied by their own teams. This alone brought the daily count to nearly 150 people, separate from the core production crew of approximately 200 members.

The sheer numbers escalated further with the inclusion of stunt teams, action fighters, horsemen, 150 to 200 background actors, and large dance troupes. Khan estimated that on certain days, the total personnel on set swelled to between 700 and 900 individuals. Such a massive operation required extraordinary coordination and resources.

The director vividly described the experience as akin to "organising a massive music concert every single day." He explained the necessity of securing two large, adjacent grounds just to accommodate 50 vanity vans, along with additional holding areas for background actors and cabins for the main unit. The daily arrival of 200 to 250 vehicles for actors, technicians, and their support staff further compounded the logistical puzzle.

Beyond the sheer physical space, managing schedules, strict timelines, camera frames, and physical sets demanded immense effort. Despite the potential for friction among so many prominent personalities, Khan noted a remarkable spirit of cooperation. He expressed pleasant surprise that, contrary to expectations of ego clashes or arguments, the cast maintained a "genuinely wonderful time shooting the film."
