A professor at a medical college on the outskirts of Bengaluru proposed to a student inside the classroom, leading to a heated argument and physical assault by the student and her classmates. The incident occurred during class hours when the professor, wearing a microphone, publicly proposed to the student, naming her as “one of the most important girls in our batch.”
