Ayyana Mane Season 2, the Kannada psychological horror thriller that caused a stir in the Kannada film industry, is now streaming on ZEE5 in Telugu. The six-episode series is built around a chilling question that refuses to go away: what exactly happened inside an old house, and why are the daughters-in-law dying one after another?

Reported by TV9 Telugu on October 24, 2026, the second season continues from the cliffhanger-heavy finale of the first season. Viewers who finished season one already know the house holds dark secrets. Season two digs into them.

A house that refuses to let go

The story circles an old house, its frightening secrets, and a run of deaths among the daughters-in-law of the family. Each episode pulls the audience deeper into the mystery, with unexpected twists arriving at the moments viewers least expect them.

The central puzzle hits hardest when the characters themselves cannot explain what happened. Scenes that search for answers about one specific night in that house are designed to make the viewer uneasy, and the source describes them as the kind that send a shiver down the spine.

"ఆ రోజు రాత్రి ఆ ఇంట్లో అసలు ఏం జరిగింది?" (What exactly happened in that house that night?)

That single question carries the whole series. It drives the characters, the tension and the pacing, and it keeps the thriller fans who follow the show guessing until the last scene.

Same house, sharper storytelling

Season two stays with the same house and largely the same central characters. What changes is the storytelling. Director Ramesh Indira’s handling of the material has drawn praise for its taking and its twists, which keep interest high even though the setting never changes.

Shruthi Naidu produces the series. The cast is led by Rupesh Shetty, Khushi Ravi and Akshay Naik. Khushi Ravi is described as a talented Telugu actress, a detail that gives the Telugu release extra weight for local audiences.

The makers say the strong response to the first season pushed them to build the second one with more quality and better technical values. That claim shows up on screen in the way the series is shot and paced, according to the report.

Why the Telugu release matters here

The series is not only available in Kannada. It is also streaming in Telugu, along with Tamil and Hindi. For Telugu viewers, that means a Kannada psychological thriller with a strong local cast member is now sitting on a platform they already use, ready to watch without waiting for a separate release.

This is the kind of crossover the report points to when it says that content quality now matters more than language. Viewers across regions are watching regional-language thrillers, and a six-episode format makes that choice easy for anyone with a free weekend.

A pick for the weekend, and for the nerves

The report makes a clear pitch. For families looking for a new suspense thriller to watch together on a weekend, the series is presented as a strong option. Psychological thriller fans are the audience it seems built for.

The six episodes are not long. Viewers who like their horror slow and layered will find plenty to hold onto, and the mystery is structured so that each episode leaves a new question behind.

For a series with a simple premise, that is the hook: an old house, a run of deaths, and a question no one in the story can answer cleanly. Ayyana Mane Season 2 is now on ZEE5, and the mystery is waiting.
