Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan once received an extraordinary prophecy from a holy Sufi ascetic at the Ajmer Sharif Dargah, foretelling that he would earn Rs 500 crore after accidentally losing Rs 5,000 during a pilgrimage with his ailing mother.

The surreal moment took place prior to the actor’s cinematic debut in 1992 with Deewana. Accompanied by his mother, Lateef Fatima Khan, who was gravely ill at the time, Khan traveled to Rajasthan to offer a sacred chadar and pray for her health at the venerated shrine of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.
